Bianco Angelo e figlio's Winery is located in the Monferrato's heart, UNESCO' heritage, which Agliano Terme is one of the
most important terroir about Nizza and Barbera d'Asti growing. Since 2017 Bianco Angelo' Winery is inside Consorzio di Tutela del Barbera d'Asti e Vini del Monferrato and FIVI (Federazione
Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti).
The name of winery is from Angelo, granfather and old owner; now Piero, enologist and boss, drive this small estate with
two important helps: his wife, Nuccia and Paolo, new enologist, winemaker and third generation.
The small wine-factory is located about 260 meters above sea level, with about 6 hectars of vine surface, most of her planted by Barbera and the rest of Pinot noir, Dolcetto, Freisa, Grignolino and Manzoni Bianco (Riesling x Pinot blanc), the new entry (just one year of life).
Vine technicals are identified by integrated fight, of cognition, that observes the maximum respect for the environment.
All coltural operations, winter pruning, green pruning, trellis and green harvest, have like a primary target that to produce the top and original wine.
All grapes become wine and each enological work has a supervisor to obtain the same grape's qualities even in the cellar. These are the wine produced: Nizza D.O.C.G., Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G., Monferrato D.O.C. Rosso, Monferrato D.O.C. Bianco, Vino Rosato, Vino Spumante Brut Metodo Classico.
